Dr. Doggett grew up in a small town in Washington State and went to Washington State University. She earned a B.S. in Animal Sciences (2002), minors in music and Danish, and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (2005). After this, she, her husband, and two cats ventured east to experience city life in Boston. She spent one year practicing at a small animal hospital in Lynnfield, MA and discovered her true passion was feline care. After three years working at a feline hospital in Arlington, MA, she jumped at the opportunity to do a feline medicine, surgery, and emergency internship at The Cat Clinic, a large feline referral hospital in Brisbane, Australia in 2010. After that, she spent a decade leading an amazing team at The Weymouth Landing Cat Clinic and learning as much as possible about management, veterinary business, and leadership. In 2020, she earned board-certification in Feline Practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. She has special interests in preventive care, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and practice management. Dr. Doggett's home is run by three cats: Enzo Ferrari (17.5) Earl Grey (3), and French Roast (3).

I am passionate about improving workflow, efficiency, and productivity in veterinary hospitals. I have a strong track record of successfully growing hospitals, developing high-performing teams, and making data-based practice decisions to help with financial and team health. Need a simple assessment and recommendations to improve your practice without breaking the bank? Is your team working hard but not being productive? Contact me! No long term commitments - simple hourly rate - easy to understand recommendations.
As a fully vaccinated individual, I am able to see limited in-clinic appointments. I continue to wear a mask at all times, and request that clients wear masks as well and maintain social distance whenever possible. I prefer curbside care whenever possible.
As per state and CDC guidelines, all employees must be wearing masks at all times and social distancing as able.
